This stainless steel thumb disher is a gray scoop with a spring release from American Metalcraft. The scoop is made with stainless steel construction for an item that will not rust or corrode over the course of many years. Features a plastic handle for optimal grip. Besides helping to keep the scoop warm, it is color coded for easy identification and printed on the finger guard and bowl sweep with the scoop number. A thumb operated full-ring spring release is set on the right side of the utensil to help expel ice cream, cookie dough and more. The scoop distributes 8 scoops per quart of ice cream or 3 hamburger patties per pound. Comes with 4-ounce capacity.
