A well attended free business series on learning about HACCP, its importance in day-to-day store or restaurant operations, the 6 HACCP prerequisites and goals on food safety.

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a preventative food safety system in which every step in the manufacture, storage and distribution of a food product is scientifically analyzed for microbiological, physical and chemical hazards.
